Because this is an outdoor location, we understand that weather may impact your session. If weather conditions make the space unsafe or unusable (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, flooding), you may reschedule your session once at no charge. Please contact us to do so. Light rain or overcast skies do not qualify for weather-related refunds.

Our goal is to be fair and flexible while ensuring our space remains available to all photographers and clients. Cancellations & Refunds: More than 7 days notice before your booking: Full refund. Less than 7 days notice before your booking: No refund.

Because this space is a working cow pasture, the following items are prohibited as they pose a safety risk for our animals: . confetti, glitter, sequins, balloons, smoke bombs or colored powder, fireworks/sparklers, artificial snow, foams or sprays, open flames, candles/lanterns, food props (unless pre-approved) and plastic decorations or streamers. Yes, however this must be discussed in advance AND you must select the appropriate add-on option when booking. There is an additional $30 fee to bring anything that requires more than a pedestrian gate, due to us needing to relocate our own livestock to accommodate vehicle/trailer access.

Yes, however we do uphold a strict policy that your pet cannot bother livestock in our neighboring fields. Should your pet be disruptive to neighboring animals, you will be asked to remove them immediately. Please also remove any pet waste at the end of your session - pet waste left behind will incur a $100 charge.

Yes, you are welcome to schedule your time booked however you like. Please keep in mind parking and ask your clients to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to their session time and leave promptly to allow your next client parking space.

Yes - however under no circumstances can anything be hung, fixed or nailed to the trees, trailer or bus. Please contact us if your desired set requires anything to be touching the trees so we can discuss. Be sure to schedule yourself enough time to set up and tear down, as our rental times run back to back and additional time cannot be provided to account for set up or tear down unless you have booked it in your session.
